Our Experience
Our experience of dosing processes in the field has enabled us to develop and offer our national and international customers in the food and cosmetics industries a whole range of standard, reliable piston, lobe and pouch dosers. During development, our design office regularly exchanges dosing machine drawings with our customers’ technical departments, so as to match their working methods and identify any “bad” interfaces as early as possible in the manufacturing process. No dosing project, large or small, goes into production without our customers’ approval of the ergonomic plans for their future dosing machine.

Engineers Are People
Hands-On
They regularly work with our fitters to set up the dosing machines, so they have a real feel for the environments and interactions between the different production processes, which is an excellent school for design! The same applies to automatic dosing systems; we offer dosing solutions based on our experience, but we remain flexible to special requests, in order to achieve simple, intuitive interfaces. The remote maintenance module offered on our dosers for remote assistance is also an important element in this flexibility.
Our Expertise For Your Dosages
Availability
Our after-sales service technicians monitor the stock of recurring wear parts on our dosing machines. 95% of malfunctions are analyzed by telephone, and, following our instructions, are quickly reset by the maintenance department.
Reactivity
We are available 52 weeks a year, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. If required, we guarantee on-site intervention in mainland France within 48 hours maximum.
Reliability
We install highly reliable dosing machines equivalent to the best international standards, designed for simple servicing and maintenance.

Celtech Creation
2005
Celtech was founded in November 2005 under the impetus of Thierry Louboutin, driven by a clear vision: to develop innovative solutions for its customers. The company quickly established its bases in the Kerourvois area, where its activities met with great success.
Business Development
2010
To support its development, Celtech moved to the Kerourvois area to expand its already flourishing business.

2018
In its quest for growth, Celtech decided to open up internationally and entered export markets, reinforcing its influence beyond Brittany’s borders.

To support its development, Celtech moved into a brand-new 1,250 m² building, still located in the Kerourvois area, offering its teams a workspace suited to the company’s ambitions.
